4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Process

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit.

Wagering example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus. Wagering calculations apply to the bonus amount only.

5.3 Bonus Rules

  • The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
  • If the deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • l9999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious betting patterns or bonus abuse.
  • Any attempt to earn bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  • All promotions must be used within the specified period, otherwise they will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

l9999's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback benefits are determined by tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback for Gold.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

  • If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets will be refunded.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. You may withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, however any bonus subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited.
